I’m someone with several passions in life … music, Formula 1, Liverpool FC and good, clean design. Fifteen years ago, after trying and failing to ‘make it’ as a professional musician, I trained as a cabinet maker and set up on my own making bespoke kitchens, wardrobes and interiors for a number of private clients. This first business was called The Emerson Workshop. Today I am passionate about being a kitchen designer in Bath.
After completing many new kitchen installations across the capital, three young daughters, a move to Bath and several pounds (the calorific kind, unfortunately) later and The Emerson Workshop evolved to become emersonliving to reflect my passion for contemporary home interiors.
Throughout this time, I’ve remained committed to good, functional design and love nothing more than a blank canvas on which to create something stunning in your home. But for me, good looks aren’t enough. My real passion lies in creating kitchens and interiors that look amazing and function brilliantly. After all, style really is nothing without substance.
Design is at the heart of everything I do and one thing I can guarantee you; if you commission something from emersonliving it will be designed to my very high standards and made by my brilliant team to your exact specifications, meaning you’ll get an utterly bespoke and unique kitchen that you’ll love for many years to come.

I look forward to working with you.
